Automated a logistics ERP’s Gmail workspace with Pub/Sub ingestion, DSPy classification and 31-field extraction, with fail-closed idempotency so every thread gets at most one reply. Also shipped a 138-question revenue-diagnostic SaaS with a Razorpay paywall, WithYou, and a multi-tenant FastAPI platform on Postgres row-level security.
